Cara Humm
Psychotherapist-Counselling

As a creative counsellor, I believe in the transformative power of creativity in the healing process. My journey into counselling began with a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and working with my own unconscious mind through my own counselling journey.

Over the years, I've discovered that integrating creativity into therapy sessions can unlock profound insights and enable growth in ways traditional talk therapy alone cannot.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each individual's unique journey. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Through a variety of creative modalities such as using objects, pictures, creative materials and storytelling, we can tap into the inner wisdom that resides within each of us.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and healing, using the power of creativity as our guide.

I am committed to ongoing learning and development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques to ensure that my clients receive the highest quality of care. My goal is not only to help you navigate your current challenges but also to equip you with the tools and insights you need to thrive in all areas of your life.

Thank you for considering me as your support on this journey toward healing and self-discovery. I look forward to the opportunity to work together and support you in reaching your fullest potential.
